贵州百灵12月23日公告，公司拟与九州通医药集团股份有限公司签订《战略保供协议》，为进一步强化公司与九州通双方的战略合作关系，双方就公司优先保障九州通及其下属子公司防疫四大类产品咳速停糖浆的供应达成协议，协议期限为：2022年12月26日至2023年12月25日，合作目标为5亿元。
