协鑫能科12月23日公告，全资子公司协鑫锂电与Zim-Thai Tantalum(Private)Limited公司于2022年12月23日签署了《锂矿资源开发合作协议》。协鑫锂电明确标的公司后，Zim-ThaiTantalum津巴布韦承诺其与协鑫锂电合作的项目公司最终所持锂矿的氧化锂储量不低于50万吨，并同意协鑫锂电最终持有51%的合作项目公司股份。
