据央视新闻，根据欧盟委员会当地时间12月16日发布的一项决定，德国可以将本国最大的俄天然气进口商——尤尼珀公司收归国有，以使其摆脱因俄方“断供”而陷入的财务困境，因为该程序“不存在违反竞争法的情况”。
据悉，尤尼珀是德国最大的俄罗斯天然气进口商，同时也是欧洲最大的公用事业公司之一，为德国工业公司和100多家市政公用事业公司提供服务。
