据悉，餐饮连锁品牌西贝将推出名为 “贾国龙酒酿空气馍” 的快餐子品牌，产品定位 “中式汉堡”。计划明年在北京开店 300 至 500 家，将于本月下旬开始招商。采取合伙人制，前 100 家店将采用联营模式，西贝与合伙人按照 6:4 投入资金，分红按照 4:6。（36氪）
