智通财经APP讯，锦江在线(600650.SH)发布公告，公司拟将持有的上海锦江联采供应链有限公司(简称“锦江联采”)50%股权以协议转让方式转让给上海锦江国际酒店股份有限公司(简称“锦江酒店”)，交易价格为人民币1.52亿元。上述交易完成后，公司不再持有锦江联采的股权。
