焦点财经讯 12月8日晚，新湖中宝发布公告称，因近期拟就公司债券兑付安排事项召开债券持有人会议，为保证信息披露公平，维护投资者权益，公司申请所有存续公司债券将自2022年12月9日开市起停牌。
世茂股份表示，债券停牌期间，将根据相关规定推进各项工作，及时履行信息披露义务，复牌时间另行公告。
