国美零售12月8日在港交所公告，控股股东黄光裕全资拥有之公司Shinning Crown与公司签订贷款协议，Shinning Crown同意向公司提供1.5亿港元贷款。
贷款为免息及无抵押，初始期限为六个月，可由订约双方于届满前以书面形式延长。贷款所得款项将由本集团用作一般营运资金。
