12月5日据《电厂》报道，威马因为拖欠供应商账款导致核心零部件断供，威马的工厂已经基本停产；第一款轿车M7的项目也已经停滞；成都产研部门很多员工的合同到期后威马也不再续签，研发体系受到影响。对此，麻辣君向威马汽车CEO沈晖求证，对方表示：“怎么可能是真的”。
