全球大宗商品贸易巨头嘉能可12月5日发布声明称，已与刚果民主共和国达成协议，涵盖2007年至2018年期间该集团在刚果的涉嫌腐败行为引起的所有当前及未来索赔。嘉能可在该国的关联公司Glencore International AG将向刚果民主共和国支付1.8亿美元。嘉能可的部分业务此前已成为美国司法部、刚果民主共和国金融情报部门和司法部等机构开展调查的对象。
