11月29日晚间，爱尔眼科发布公告，拟收购西安爱尔、泉州爱尔等26家医院部分股权，这也是继2020年定增以来，爱尔眼科的又一个“大手笔”。但是相较于2020年，这一次的收购有了更多的变化。
