当地时间28日，由于能源短缺且气温下降明显，法国政府决定立即重启已经停运的圣阿沃尔德煤电厂。
这座煤电厂位于法国东北部，是法国仅存的两座煤电厂之一，今年3月底刚刚关闭。
为了让该煤电厂保持运转，法国方面需要准备超过50万吨煤炭。如果满负荷运营，该煤电厂生产的电力可以供应法国大东区三分之一家庭的用电。
