格隆汇11月23日丨雅生活服务(03319.HK)发布公告，赖娟女士已分别辞任公司公司秘书及授权代表。已委任黄嘉毅先生及李健威先生为公司联席公司秘书，任期自2022年11月23日起至第二届董事会任期届满日止。黄先生已获委任为授权代表，以接替赖女士，自2022年11月23日起生效。
