上市未满三年，科创板的ST紫晶即因涉嫌欺诈发行等重大违法违规行为触及退市风险警示，未来还可能被实施重大违法强制退市。今日早间，记者以投资者身份致电ST紫晶，相关工作人员表示，公司是否终止上市还不清楚，还需等待证监会最终处罚决定。
