今天上午，郑州东站、郑州火车站官方微博发出消息：为了满足旅客出行需要，结合近期疫情防控要求，郑州东站、郑州火车站自11月19日12点起，恢复站内便捷换乘服务，有需要中转换乘的旅客，可根据站台引导标识，通过站台直梯直接进入候车室换乘。
