中国信达11月18日在港交所公告，公司于近日收到中国人民银行发出的准予行政许可决定书，并已获得中国银行保险监督管理委员会发出的关于公司发行金融债券的批覆》。公司获准在全国银行间债券市场公开发行不超过100亿元的金融债券，决定书有效期为两年，在有效期内，公司可自主选择分期发行时间。
