近日，湖北黄冈，刘某驾驶电动三轮车在与正常驾驶摩托车直行的程某相撞，致程某倒地受伤。事发后，刘某加速逃离现场，@黄冈麻城交警 反复查阅监控、核查比对，迅速将刘某抓获。刘某驾驶三轮车载货超宽、逆行是造成事故的原因，且其交通肇事逃逸承担事故全部责任。
