格隆汇11月16日丨美股半导体板块走低，联电跌超5%，美光科技、AMD跌超4%，英伟达、高通等跌超3%。美光科技表示，与2022财年第四财季相比，将把DRAM和NAND闪存晶圆生产开工率降低约20%。预计2023财年DRAM芯片供应同比增长为负值，NAND闪存供应同比增长为个位数。
