九洲集团近期接受投资者调研时称，现在梅里斯生物质和兴泰生物质已经全容量并网，富裕生物质项目计划2023年实现并网。其中，梅里斯项目已交由国家电投负责运营。兴泰生物质和富裕生物质也将在满足条件后交割给国家电投。交割完成后，九洲将获得对应项目公司工程利润及49%的股权。
