11月15日，在二环东路与解放东路路口东北角，一座全透明式的“城市书房”已开门试运行。这座“城市书房”为公益免费性质，读者可以阅读纸质版书籍，也可以收听“有声书籍”，刷身份证就可进入，开放时间为每天9：00—21：00。
