【财华社讯】永发置业(00287.HK)公布，集团预计截至2022年9月30日止六个月之业绩由上年同期录得盈利860万港元，转为今年期內录得亏损大约3000万港元。转盈为亏主要是由于投资物业公平价值由去年同期录得盈利约1900万港元转为截至2022年9月30日止六个月录得亏损所致。
