10月24日，苏州市吴江区盛泽镇人民政府作出盛府综罚字﹝2022﹞407014HB号处罚决定书。信用中国（江苏苏州）官网载明：吴江市江达喷织厂超过许可排放浓度、许可排放量排放污染物，依据《排污许可管理条例》第三十四条第（一）项，罚款41.6万元。
