工期约310天，项目计划投资13641.35万元。
工程西起河庄大道，东至城隍庙直河，道路长约1.009公里，宽40米。
义府大街西延，东西方向除塘新线、河景路、江东大道等又将诞生一条主要线路，未来义蓬往返河庄越来越方便了。
