当地时间9月22日，在美国海外属地波多黎各肆虐的“菲奥娜”飓风已经升级为4级飓风，目前正以每小时209公里（约130英里）的风速朝着百慕大前进，预计飓风将于22日晚些时间经过百慕大以西。目前波多黎各依然处于大面积断电的境况中。
