当地时间9月18日，在土耳其哈塔伊省的伊斯肯德伦港，悬挂多哥国旗的总吨位为3120吨的“海鹰”货船在卸货时突然开始进水，一段时间后货船便侧躺沉没。货船上的人员在短时间内被疏散，现正在开展相关工作捕捞船上的集装箱。
