近日，大连周水子机场海关在进境邮递渠道查获注射用水光针4盒。该邮件申报品名为“化妆刷”，经查阅随附说明书，该批水光针含三文鱼精巢提取物，属于特殊物品，未如实向海关申报，且无卫生检疫审批手续，海关依法对其实施暂扣。
海关提醒：邮寄、携带微生物、人体组织、生物制品、血液及其制品等特殊物品出入境，需提供《特殊物品审批单》。 （来源：海关发布）
