财联社9月4日电，根据台风路径和发展态势，9月4日12时，上海海事局将防台应急响应从Ⅳ级提高到Ⅲ级应急响应。从洋山港海事局了解到，9月4日10点33分，国际航行集装箱船舶辉城轮离开洋山港前往安全水域，这是此次防台工作中，最后一艘离开洋山港码头的国际航行集装箱船。目前，洋山港已经停止码头装卸作业。
