【绽放自己 风采依旧】2022世界夫人福建赛区总冠军蔡淑萍

Shuping Cai, from Fujian, China. She used to be a professor of English, engaged in college foreign language teaching and management. After retirement, she served as the vice president of the school retired association, responsible for sports and recreational activities.She herself is also employed by the Municipal Senior Citizen University as an oral English teacher, her lively teaching has been greatly praised and loved by her students.

蔡淑萍，来自于中国福建。曾是一位高校英语教授，从事大学外语教学和管理工作。退休后，担任学校离退休协会副会长，负责文体活动。

Over the years, she enthusiastically organized and participated in various activities of the association, took the initiative to care about the physical and mental health of the old teachers. She visited the sick teachers in hospital in time, and regularly sent warmth to them on holidays. She organized the dance team of retired female teachers of the school and led them in training and performing. They were displayed in school activities on the Double Ninth Festival in the past years. In the city's college film and the city education system in the exhibition activities they also had their wonderful performance. The team is loved by everyone. On the basis of accumulating and summarizing the teaching experience of senior universities, she was invited to participate in the compilation of oral English series textbooks for Senior Citizen Universities in the Yangtze River Delta region, and accomplished the task excellently in 2020.

几年来，她热心组织退休教师开展各种文艺活动，主动关心老同志们的身心健康，及时看望生病住院的教师。她组织成立了学校退休女教师舞蹈队，带领大家训练演出。每年重阳节在学校的活动中都有她们的风采展示。在全市大中专片和市教育系统的展演活动中都有她们的精彩表演。她同时也被市老年大学聘为英语口语教师，教学生动活泼，得到广大学员的一致好评，深受大家喜爱。在不断积累和总结了老年大学的教学经验的基础上，她参与了长三角地区老年大学英语口语系列教材的编写工作，并于2020年出色的完成任务。

Before her retirement, CAI Shuping devoted herself to the work of administrative management and teaching and research. She cared about the development of the college, made achievements and won many awards. After retirement, she is restless. With a wide range of interests and hobbies, she participated in diffent activities such as air volleyball competition, swimming relay race, chorus performance and dance competition.退休前，蔡淑萍一心扑在工作中，行政管理和教学科研双肩挑，为学院的发展做出了贡献，取得了成绩，获得了不少嘉奖。她兴趣爱好广泛的她参加过气排球比赛、游泳接力赛、舞蹈比赛、合唱比赛等活动。

But as a woman, she also aspires to enrich herself, both inside and outside. She also had a dream in her heart that one day she could wear a beautiful dress to show off herself on the stage. That wish finally came true on the stage of World Madam. Through the training and recommendation of Fujian Lishang Women's college, she successfully participated in 2022 "Lishang Cup" World Madam Fujian finals where she received a series of stage art training. Dance teacher’s beautiful dance and model teacher’s professional model pace all let her heart. She was eager to learn from the teachers, keep practicing in class. After class, living room and roadside have become part of her training ground. The teachers' strict training, patient decomposition of the movement, and continuous correction helped her improved quickly. In the end she won the title of overall champion in the 2022 the World Madam Fujian Division competition.

但作为一位女性，她更渴望充实自己，做到内外兼修。在她心中也一直有个梦想，能穿上美丽的礼服展示一下她自己。这个愿望终于在世界夫人的舞台上实现了。通过福建俪尚女子学院的培训及推荐，她顺利参加了2022“俪尚杯”世界夫人福建总决赛，期间接受了一系列舞台艺术的训练，舞蹈老师妙曼的舞姿，形体老师专业的模特步伐都让她心动不已。她不断汲取知识，刻苦训练，家里路上都成了她训练的场地。老师们的严格训练，耐心分解动作，不断为其纠正，使她迅速提高。终于在2022年世界夫人福建赛区的比赛中获得总冠军称号。

But now she is aware of the responsibilities and obligations of the title. She is determined to care more about the society and the elderly through her own efforts in her future life and work. With her own active and kind actions she tries to influence more women to go to society, to care for others, and to encourage more female friends to get on the gorgeous stage to show our Chinese women's elegant styles.

但她深知这一称号的责任和义务。她决心在未来的生活和工作中，通过自己的努力，更加关爱社会，关爱老人。用自己积极向上向善的行动去影响更多的女性走向社会、关爱他人. 鼓励更多的女性朋友登上向绚丽的舞台，展示我们中国女性优雅的风貌。
