淞沪会战最终虽然日军胜利，但中国军人誓死不屈的气节，足以令江河撼动，虽然没有取得最后的胜利，但也让日军扬言三个月全面占领中国成为一句空话。这无疑也是在告诉世界，中国人不会任人欺负。
