8月22日，沈阳商业城(600306)股份有限公司发布关于重大资产重组进展公告称，公司将出售全资子公司沈阳商业城百货有限公司（以下简称“商业城百货”）100%股权，公司股东中兆投资管理有限公司（以下简称“中兆投资”）有意通过现金承债式进行收购。
此次重大资产重组完成后，沈阳商业城股份有限公司将不再持有商业城百货股份，将由中兆投资持股100%。
