据央视新闻，8月19日13时至20日17时，青海省黄南州新增1名阳性人员。感染者为26岁男子，系23号通告中同仁市发现阳性人员3、4号的密切接触者，于2022年8月19日19时56分在同仁市隔离管控人员核酸检测中发现。
