Bungie宣布《命运2》下一个扩展包“光陨”将于8月23日在“Destiny 2 Showcase”上正式亮相，在展示“光陨”扩展之后，Bungie将与其开发者进行一场现场讨论。
《命运2》“光陨”由Andrew Hobbs领导开发，他曾参与过《CS：GO》和《求生之路2》等游戏的开发工作，同时也是“邪姬魅影”扩展的战役负责人。Bungie其实早在2020年就公布了“光陨”扩展包。
