中国网地产讯 近日，中指研究院发布《2022年7月中国房地产市场月报》。报告指出，2022年7月，50个代表城市商品住宅成交面积为1602.86万㎡，环比 下降46.44%，同比下降53.63%；50个代表城市商品住宅成交套数为 134439套，环比下降46.17%，同比下降55.38%。
