7月19日，上海浦东。凌晨3:40分许，闫某饮酒后驾驶电动车行驶，还时不时看手机，最后直接撞上前方一辆等待信号灯的货车尾部。事故造成两车受损，闫某未戴头盔，头面部受伤。
交警带闫某进行抽血检测，结果达到82mg/100ml，属醉酒后驾驶非机动车。
最终交警认定闫某承担事故全部责任，并依法对其予以处罚。
