当地时间8月15日，俄罗斯国家杜马主席沃洛金通过社交媒体称，乌克兰已经失去了财政自主权。
他表示，乌克兰的税收仅占国家财政收入的40%，而超过60%的财政支出用于军事领域，乌克兰政府每月的财政赤字达到了50亿美元。如果没有美国和欧盟的支持，乌克兰政府根本无法履行其财政义务。
目前，乌方对此暂无回应。
