近日，贝壳研究院公布了国内28个大中城市的住房空置调研情况，结果显示，江西省省会南昌的住房空置率在被调研的28个大中城市中名列第一，达到20%，也就是说，南昌有五分之一的已售存量住房处于空置状态。排第二的是廊坊，空置率为19%。
