博耳电力8月9日公告，集团预计截至2022年6月30日止6个月净溢利较2021年同期将取得约80%的跌幅。主要原因为集团于期内未有因出售若干附属公司而取得的一次性收益(截至2021年6月30日止6个月：9400万元)。此外，剔除因出售若干附属公司而取得的一次性收益及拨回递延税资产的影响，集团于期内取得的净利润较2021年同期有所增加。
