北京商报讯（记者 姚倩）8月4日，亚太药业发布公告称，公司监事会收到徐达递交的书面辞职报告，其因个人原因申请辞去公司监事职务，辞职后徐达将不再担任公司任何职务。截至本公告披露之日，徐达未持有公司股票。
