智通财经APP讯，泛海酒店(00292)公布，于2022年7月29日，公司的间接全资附属公司泛海酒店管理服务(作为承租人)与泛海国际的间接全资附属公司TCL(作为业主)订立租赁协议，以租赁位于中国香港湾仔骆克道33号万通保险大厦29楼的物业，自2022年8月1日起，并于2024年7月31日届满，为期两年，以续订于2022年7月31日届满的旧租赁协议。
