格隆汇7月28日丨荣盛石化(002493.SZ)公布，荣盛石化股份有限公司2020年面向合格投资者公开发行绿色公司债券(第二期)(“本期债券”或“20荣盛G2”)在存续期前2年(2020年9月2日至2022年9月1日)票面利率为4.79%，在债券存续期内前2年固定不变。公司拟下调本期债券存续期第3年和第4年(2022年9月2日至2024年9月1日)的票面利率，具体以2022年8月3日刊登的关于下调本期债券票面利率及调整幅度的公告为准。
