乐居财经讯 赵微 7月19日，金辉控股(09993)发布公告称，间接非全资附属公司发行的境内公司债券资金到账。
金辉控股(集团)有限公司的间接非全资附属公司金辉集团股份有限公司于2020年7月29日发行的境内公司债券（债券代码：167325.SH）（20金辉02债券），并于上海证券交易所上市。
于2022年7月19日，债券发行人已将所需资金悉数存入于中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司指定银行账户，用作于2022年7月29日20金辉02债券回售本金及利息支付工作（其未偿还本金额人民币5亿元连同利息人民币3500万元）。
