该项目位于合肥市包河区烟墩街道嘉陵江路与玉龙路交口东北角，占地约64.08亩，建筑面积约4.2万平方米。主要建设内容：新建36班中学，包括教学楼、图书馆、行政楼、报告厅、食堂、体育馆等附属用房。总投资约2.73亿元，资金来源：公益性项目资金。
