当地时间7月12日，一艘载有12名乘客的游船在美国纽约市曼哈顿中城哈德逊河79号码头附近发生倾覆，造成1名7岁男孩和1名妇女死亡。
当地警方在一封电子邮件中证实，事发时有十几名乘客在船上，其中1人受重伤，9人受轻伤。当地警方表示，水流湍急，河面拥挤导致了翻船。
