北京商报讯（记者 李海媛）7月12日，北京商报记者注意到，由中欧基金前明星基金经理周应波创立的上海运舟私募基金管理有限公司（以下简称"运舟资本"）于2022年7月11日在中基协完成登记。据中基协信息显示，运舟资本成立于2022年3月31日，注册资本为2000万元，法定代表人及执行董事为周应波。
