新加坡《联合早报》7月4日消息，凯德投资（CapitaLand Investment）旗下雅诗阁有限公司（The Ascott Limited）计划向丰树产业（Mapletree Investments）收购高档服务公寓业者奥克伍德（Oakwood Worldwide），这项交易预计今年第三季完成，具体收购金额并未透露。交易完成后，雅诗阁的全球投资组合将增加81个房地产和约1.5万个单位。奥克伍德约8500个运营单位，将立即为雅诗阁的经常性收入来源带来贡献。
