每周三的公开接见活动将于8月3日恢复举行。教宗于今年2月23日起，在周三公开接见活动的要理讲授中，通过圣经中对一些人物的描述和信众谈论人的老年问题。在这之前，他谈了有关大圣若瑟的课题。
