据《华盛顿邮报》，当地时间6月30日，美国佛罗里达州第二司法巡回法院法官约翰·库珀（John Cooper）裁定，此前佛罗里达州州长罗恩·德桑蒂斯（Ron DeSantis）签署的禁止怀孕15周后堕胎的新法律“违反了佛罗里达州宪法的隐私条款”，他将发布一项针对该法律的临时禁令。该法律原定于7月1日生效。
