上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）海航科技公告，拟使用1.06亿美元（或等值人民币）向万汇资源、万瑞航运、万福航运、万领航运和万洲航运购买6条散货运输船舶。本次交易完成后，公司总运力规模将达到9艘，约75万载重吨，从而形成以航运、干散货运输为主的主营业务。
