据意大利安莎通讯社6月27日报道，意大利前国脚托马西（Damiano Tommasi）当选家乡城市维罗纳市长，他在最终投票中战胜了现任市长斯博亚里纳。48岁的托马西此前也曾担任意大利球员协会主席。2009年，他曾在中超球队天津泰达效力。
