格隆汇6月27日丨中国船舶租赁(03877.HK)公告，于2022年6月27日，公司的全资特殊目的公司Fortune HLC (i)与卖方United Faith Group订立协议备忘录，卖方已同意以代价向Fortune HLC出售船舶，预计有关代价将以Fortune HLC的内部资金及银行借款结清；及与承租人订立光船租赁协议，据此，Fortune HLC同意以承租人应付的估计租金总额约6590万美元将船舶出租予承租人。
船舶为一艘50,000 DWT半潜式船舶，总价值为6827万美元，此乃根据类似类型船舶的建造成本厘定。
