6月24日，TCL中环更新了单晶硅片的价格。
其中，
N型硅片210mm尺寸、150μm厚度价格由5月19日的9.49元/片上涨至10.02元/片，上涨0.53元/片，涨幅5.58%！
P型单晶硅片仅公布了155μm和150μm价格，各尺寸P型单晶硅片价格上涨0.22~0.43元/片，涨幅为3.8%~5.5%。具体如下表所示。
